Thank you for shopping with Khetar Fresh. We strive to offer high-quality products and a smooth purchase experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food & consumables), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, regardless of whether the product has been opened or not.
All sales are considered final.
However, if you receive:
A damaged product
A wrong item
A product with packaging tampered at delivery
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing images/videos as proof.
Eligible cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours or once the order is processed/shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the order fails to deliver due to:
Incorrect address
Wrong pin code
Customer unavailable at delivery
Failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. No refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- Order was cancelled within the allowed window
- Product was damaged, tampered, or incorrect
- Replacement is not possible
- Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.
